Heating Instructions:
Place the bun (frozen, no need to defrost) in a steamer over boiling water. Steam for 15 minutes—avoid over-steaming.
Heat oil on high heat until small bubbles appear. Reduce to low heat to fry pau for 1-1.5 minutes until golden brown.
