We really don’t think you will have any leftover goodies, but just in case you do, our goodies remain fresh for 1 to 6 mths. The “best before” dates of all our products will be labelled on the packaging. All our products are made with strict quality controls.

We have vegetarian and Halal-certified options available. Most of our products have Halal Certification accreditation from Malaysia.

Our cookies are all made with our proprietary home recipe. To ensure that we comply with strict quality control standard and to meet the high demand, part of the process is semi-automated.

Yes. You’ll be able to select your preferred delivery date upon checkout/payment. All deliveries can be done within 2 working days from order date.

As our e-commerce system is automated, we are unable to accommodate add on/changes to items in the order once payment is completed. Changes may cause disruption to our operations and delivery process, especially during this high-volume season. We strongly advise our customers to check through all details before checking out. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday (11am to 6pm)! Unfortunately, delivery timings cannot be specified. Our delivery team work very hard to fulfill all deliveries by the end of the day. We seek your understanding in delivery delays during rainy seasons and festive seasons, especially during Chinese New Year and Mid Autumn Festival.

If you know your recipient will not be available to receive the order, please let us know at least 5 working days in advance so that we can make contact and reschedule the delivery.

Should there be no response at the door, our delivery team will try their best to contact the recipient.

Our drivers are unfortunately not able to wait for the recipient to return home. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the delivery will be marked as failed, and arrangements for re-delivery or self pick-up will be initiated on the following working day.

For any unsuccessful deliveries, redeliveries or changes of address, a re-delivery fee of $15 per location is chargeable. This must be paid before the reattempt is scheduled .

Yes. Our traditional and assorted baked mooncakes carry Halal certification from Malaysia

Our mooncakes keep for 2 months from production, with the best-before date printed on the packaging. 

Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and enjoy them soon after opening.

Some of our mooncakes may contain contain gluten (wheat), egg, milk, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts, and may contain traces of soy.

Yes. Our baked mooncakes keep for 2 months unopened and travel well, and every gift set is designed to be carried, making them an easy Singapore gift to pack for family and friends abroad

A traditional baked mooncake has a baked pastry skin wrapped around a dense sweet filling, most often lotus paste with a salted egg yolk, and it keeps at room temperature. A snow skin mooncake is not baked at all. Its casing is a soft, chilled, mochi-like skin, so it is served cold and needs to be kept refrigerated. Mdm Ling Bakery makes both: snow skin mooncakes in the Orchid Reverie Tin, and baked mooncakes across the traditional and assorted boxes.

Mdm Ling Bakery’s 2026 mooncake boxes run from $48 to $118 before seasonal promotions, and the current price for each box is shown on the Mid-Autumn Mooncakes page. Boxes range from a two-piece gift duo up to an eight-piece keepsake tin, so the price reflects both how many mooncakes are in the box and the packaging it comes in. Delivery is free on orders above $100.
