It’s a baked mooncake, not snowskin. The Momoyama skin is low in sugar, and both the skin and the filling carry chocolate. It’s a double hit of chocolate, finished with a pinch of Himalayan salt that sharpens the cocoa from the first bite to the last.

Chocolate lotus paste, Maruchi dough, chocolate paste, melon seeds, blended cooking oil (palm, peanut, sesame), cocoa powder and Himalayan salt. It’s halal.
